After flavoring, the compositions mature for at least six months in oak barrels – for a particularly full-bodied, rounded, and seductive taste.

This is what you can expect in terms of taste.

The characteristic aroma of plum compote is harmoniously complemented by fruity notes of fig and raspberry, as well as the elegant depth of truffle. This creates a trio that elevates many dishes to a new level, ranging from sweet and fruity to savory and aromatic.

Ingredients

Must from late-harvested and dried grapes, aged wine vinegar, dried truffles, raspberry juice, fig puree.
Contains sulfites.

maturation

Aged in barrique/oak barrels, refined with already aged balsamic vinegar from centuries-old wooden barrels. The flavoring takes place in the final part of the aging process as an infusion in the barrel (approx. six months).

Food recommendations

  • Fig: Ideal with homemade pasta, cheese, lamb, roasts.

  • Raspberry: Perfect with cheesecake, panna cotta, chocolate cake, ice cream, game, summer salads.

  • Truffles: Excellent with cheese, meat, tartar, risotto, ribbon pasta – also as a finishing touch on pizza.

Storage & Instructions

Store at room temperature, even after opening. Approximate shelf life: 4 years. Gluten-free, no animal ingredients, made from non-GMO raw materials (allergen: sulfites).
