This infused oil combines extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olives grown by the Cambrils cooperative with the aroma of black truffle. The oil's delicate, green-fruity profile—with hints of almond and fresh herbs—is complemented by a refined, spicy, and subtly intense truffle note that is warm, nutty, and reminiscent of cocoa. On the palate, the blend is smooth, precise, and complements other ingredients: it enhances rather than overpowers them.
