This set combines four vegan organic specialties from fairafric:

The selection ranges from light-creamy and nutty to chocolatey-caramel and dark, crunchy and extra intense, consciously bringing together different textures and flavors in one set.

The hazelnut variety combines 20% cashews with hazelnuts, giving it a softer, nuttier character. The Macadamia & Caramel combines 10% macadamia and 5% caramel with dark chocolate, focusing more on roasted flavors and a light caramel note. The 70% chocolate with cocoa nibs contains 4% cocoa nibs, making it more robust, crunchier, and textured. The 92% chocolate is the purest variety in the set: particularly intense, clearly cocoa-dominant, and with a sugar content of only 9.2%.

The recipes are intentionally kept simple: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, and the ingredients that give each variety its own signature – hazelnut, macadamia, caramel, or cocoa nibs. Without lecithin, without additional flavorings, the taste remains open and unadulterated. This makes each variety special in its own way: soft and nutty, chocolatey-caramel, crunchier and darker, or extra intense and puristic.

Fairafric's production approach is also special: the chocolate is completely manufactured and packaged in Ghana – from cocoa bean to finished bar. Production takes place in the solar-powered factory in Suhum, Ghana. Fairafric is organic-certified, audited by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO), and relies on traceable cocoa beans as well as the highest cocoa premiums for farmers. Thus, this set combines four different chocolate specialties with production where the value creation remains entirely in the cocoa's country of origin.
