The aroma and palate reveal a fresh, green-fruited character with gentle almond and a subtle herbal accent; the texture is silky, the finish clean with a precise peppery tingle – without any heavy undertones. This is pure Arbequina at its best: elegant, vibrant, yet remarkably approachable.

In the kitchen, Mestral is the reliable all-rounder: raw, it gives dressings, antipasti, vegetables and bread the final shine; hot, it impresses when sautéing and searing – the aromas remain clean and precise, roasted aromas are carried rather than masked.
