This boneless Jamón Ibérico de Bellota comes from the hind leg of pure-bred 100% Ibérico pigs raised outdoors in the dehesas around Jabugo, Andalusia. During the montanera season, the animals feed on acorns, grasses and roots.

The ham matures naturally for 36 to 60 months in the historic cellars of Jabugo. It is then carefully deboned by hand and divided into three individually wrapped pieces. This makes it easier to store, portion and slice while preserving the characteristic tender texture and nutty aroma.

Serve thinly sliced at room temperature. Once opened, reseal carefully and consume within 30 days.
