Cinco Jotas Presa Ibérica de Bellota | 100% Ibérico | Half Piece

Cinco Jotas Presa Ibérica de Bellota is made from a particularly succulent, finely marbled cut of the 100% Ibérico pig. The animals roam freely in the Andalusian dehesas and feed on acorns, grasses and roots during the montanera season.

Traditionally seasoned with paprika and garlic, the presa is hand-shaped, air-dried and carefully matured. It has a deep red colour, even marbling and a full aroma with savoury, lightly smoky and nutty notes.

For the best flavour, remove it from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving and slice thinly at room temperature.
