Chia seeds are fine and neutral and develop their typical gel-like consistency in liquid – perfect for chia pudding, overnight oats or as a natural egg substitute and binding agent.
Flaxseeds (golden flax) bring a gently nutty, warm seed note and are just as suitable as a topping, in muesli or for baking as they are freshly ground in smoothies or yogurt.
Shelled hemp seeds are tender, finer in texture and slightly nutty – ideal as a topping or for refining; lightly roasted they become particularly aromatic.

Important notes on use
Chia seeds and flax seeds swell considerably. Always consume them with plenty of liquid and do not eat them dry in large quantities.
Recommended intake of flaxseed: maximum 50 g per day (manufacturer's recommendation).
