auteniQ β how good food, team spirit & love of entrepreneurship create a brand
25.11.2025
We've got honey in our heads now, because π―
- we wanted to stay together
- we were looking for meaningful employment
- we believed in ourselves as entrepreneurs and as successful
- It's fun (especially for me) to do something new β in a good project
The idea is simple:
- Directly from the producers, without intermediaries
- Large containers so you pay significantly less per liter/kilo
- Healthy, sensible and recommended for everyone
- Transparent & honest β for people and animals
An example:
Our organic olive oil comes from a cooperative of around 200 farmers near Tarragona. It's available in a 3-liter tin β perfect for the kitchen, your daily salad, for enjoying, for frying and cooking, and for a long, healthy life.
Our Spanish honey comes directly from the beekeeper who places his hives in exceptionally clean regions and near special plants. Naturally pure and unadulterated. Varieties such as:
- Lemon blossom honey
- Wildflower honey
- Lavender honey
- Mountain blossom honey
β¦ is only available in the large 910g jar. This is the "I share with my family" option β not "I hide the jar in the cupboard and eat it secretly".
Why these products in particular?
Quite simply: I started with myself. I wanted good, unadulterated olive oil for everyday use β for my morning salad, for cooking, frying, for fighting inflammation, and for a long life. Good quality that not only tastes good but is also truly healthy.
So I did what people do these days when they want to become an "expert": I watched all the available YouTube videos about olive oil, Spanish ham, and honey. Almost all of them.
Then things got serious.
My wife and I flew to the South of France (usually our coworking space in September). There we visited olive producers and farms, tasted, asked questions, tasted again β and gathered quotes. Romance on the Mediterranean? Absolutely. But please, with price lists, production details, and tasting notes.
The French harvest is poor this year; Spain is leading with around 60% of the world market share.
From there we went on to Barcelona: wholesale markets, cooperatives, producers.
10-day program:
Ham every day. Every. Single. Day. (The best one still tastes great even today.)
Test, test, test β until our taste buds protested, but we kept going anyway. Plus three days in Italy, because you never know where a culinary gem might be hiding.
The third fellow traveler: AI
And now the third invisible travel companion comes into play: AI.
Without ChatGPT, none of this would have been possible.
It translated and improved my emails, explained the legal basics to me, helped with label requirements, classified qualities, structured tasting notes β in short: while we ate, smelled and looked, the AI ββwas also pulling the strings in the background.
Finally, we found our three products β and also our favorite ham.
We had practically reached an agreement with a very reputable family business. Everything was wonderful, everything was solid β but:
There was this ham producer whose taste simply outshone everything else β always and everywhere. Just one small problem: they didn't reply.
So we went all out:
I wrote, wrote again, called, and did a little "healthy stalking".
Eventually β probably out of a mixture of curiosity and pity β our pleas were heard:
They want to work with us.
And that's exactly why I'm pretty sure today:
We have the best ham from Spain on board. Not the cheapest β but good taste, fair conditions and top quality are rarely the discount option.
The idea behind it
I got the idea of ββusing large containers and direct sales from Prof. GΓΌnter Faltin.
He founded the Tea Campaign in 1985 β still the world's largest importer of Darjeeling tea β and thus demonstrated how an ever-improving idea and large bags instead of small tins can shake up an entire market. And that is exactly what is needed and important!
(And no, I don't get a commission if you buy tea now. π )

Here we go!
We'll be online in 7-10 days.
The new olive oil harvest is just beginning:
Freshly harvested olive oil is particularly rich in healthy polyphenols β essential ingredients that make it so valuable.
The JamΓ³n de Bellota, which surpasses the Black Label, and the honey are also on their way.
Everything was created at an incredible pace:
From the initial idea to the shop's launch, less than three months pass. Will it be successful?
Help us with this. Would you buy it? What's missing?
Test, buy, and feel free to give me feedback directly: a.kaub@inutec-int.com
Thanks!
